Ashbrooke amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, park, and common areas with plenty of green spaces. The neighborhood clubhouse has full kitchen facilities and large community room with space for any type of function. The clubhouse is available for rental by any association member or neighborhood resident in good standing.

No Children allowed without adult supervision. No pushing or roughhousing allowed.
No littering.
PLAYGROUND RULES:

Persons having or reasonably suspected to have any considerable area of exposed sub-epidermal tissue, cuts, or known or recognizable contagious or communication diseases, cough, cold, open sore, blisters, bandaged wound, fever, inflammation or the eyes, or nasal or ear discharges, shall not be allowed to enter the playground.

Spitting, urinating, blowing of the nose, spouting of water or depositing foreign matter on playground equipment shall be strictly prohibited.

Bottles, crockery, glassware, or other hazardous objects shall not be permitted within the playground fence area.

No person shall bring or throw into the playground, or its floors, walkways, or aisles, any object that may in any way carry contamination or endanger the safety of anyone within the playground fence area.

Any person suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall be prohibited from entering the playground.

Consumption and use of tobacco or alcoholic products shall not be permitted in the playground area.

All animals, with the exception of guide animals, shall be prohibited within the playground fenced facilities.

Use of playground shall be prohibited during severe weather conditions, i.e. electrical storms, thunder, tornadoes, etc.

Vulgar language and inappropriate gesture areprohibited

The act of vandalism, which refers to willful or malicious damage to playground equipment, will be prosecuted

No one over 12 years of age is permitted to use playground equipment.
Pool
Ashbrooke Pool Rules
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY
• Rinse off before entering pool
• No running
• No diving
• No boisterous or rough play
• No glass items allowed in pool area
• Gate must be closed upon entering or leaving the pool
• No pets, wheeled toys or bicycles allowed in pool area
• Children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult
• Proper swimwear required. No cutoffs permitted.
• Infants and toddlers must wear proper "swim diaper" if entering the pool
• No use of grills inside pool area
• No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol allowed in the pool area
• No one with an open sore or infectious or contagious disease allowed
• Guests must be accompanied by the homeowner
• All trash must be placed in the receptacles provided
• Pool Attendant's instructions must be followed
Please be considerate of others when using the pool and the restroom, no loud, obnoxious behavior, no profanity, no excessive affection. We are all members of the Ashbrooke Homeowners Association and our assessments are spent on the maintenance of our common areas.
Any damage to the pool area or surrounding area will be the responsibility of the member causing the damage or the member hosting the guest who caused the damage. Guests are the responsibility of the member.
The pool area opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 8:00 p.m. Anyone in the pool area after 8:00 p.m. will be reported to the Madison County Sheriff's Department.
All persons use the pool at their own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty, Homeland Neighborhood Management (HLNM), Property Managers, Security Guards, and Ashbrooke Homeowners Association (AHOA) are not responsible or liable in any manner.
Pool and Clubhouse are for the exclusive use of the homeowners and a reasonable number of their guests. HLNM, Property Managers, Security Guards, and AHOA reserve the right to deny use of this facility as defined in the By-Laws.
Clubhouse
The Ashbrook clubhouse is owned by the Ashbrooke Owner's Association. The pool and pool area are NOT included with rental of the clubhouse and are strictly off limits for non-residents! The Ashbrooke clubhouse is available for rental only by members of the Ashbrooke Property Owner's Association who are current in all assessments.
